Privacy Policy

Last updated · 3 July 2026

INPERIO (TECHNOLOGIES) LIMITED (“inperio.tech”, “we”, “us”) builds the technology that runs modern insurance. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and platform, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

01

Who we are

The data controller for personal data described in this policy is INPERIO (TECHNOLOGIES) LIMITED, a company registered in Jersey under number 160037.

Registered office: Hollybank House, La Rue Des Huriaux, St. Martin, JE3 6AF, Jersey.
UK office: 5 Lloyd's Avenue, London EC3N 3AE, United Kingdom.

For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@inperio.tech.

02

Controller vs. processor

When you visit our website, contact us, or apply for a role, we act as a controller and decide how your data is used — this policy governs that.

When we operate our platform on behalf of an insurer, MGA or broker, we act as a processor handling personal data on that customer’s instructions. In that case the customer’s own privacy notice applies, and our handling is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

03

Data we collect

  • Contact & enquiry data — name, work email, company, and anything you include when you book a demo or email us.
  • Recruitment data — the details in your application if you contact us about a role.
  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected via cookies and analytics.
  • Communications — records of correspondence with our team.

We do not seek to collect special-category data through the website and ask that you do not send it to us unprompted.

04

Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and provide demos — legitimate interests and steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
  • To operate, secure and improve our website — legitimate interests.
  • To consider recruitment applications — legitimate interests and pre-contract steps.
  • For analytics and non-essential cookies — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations — legal obligation.
05

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work, and — with your consent — analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time and control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site functions.

06

Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf — for hosting, analytics, email and customer-relationship tooling — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

07

International transfers

We are based in Jersey and the United Kingdom, both recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection. Where data is transferred to providers elsewhere, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant) to keep it protected.

08

How long we keep it

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry and recruitment data is typically held for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law or a continuing relationship.

09

How we protect it

Security is a default, not a feature. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, fine-grained access controls and audit logging, and we review these controls on an ongoing basis.

10

Your rights

Under UK and EU GDPR and the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@inperio.tech. You also have the right to complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
